A couple of years ago I shared photos of joinery in an old (1876) grist mill owned by a friend. They shared this video of another mill owned by one of their friends that was getting a new roof, lots of light.
Thought you might enjoy seeing it. This is hand tool work, writ large. Notice the drawbored M&T’s.

For being 1876 Its got some very nice timber beams in it.
Its a wonder it hasn’t been cannibalised by now.
But where is the actual business section?
