Project Information

A lady asked if I could build one of these after it was on Facebook a couple months ago. So today was her day. It's 8 feet by 6 feet and 12 inches tall when closed. Made of pressure treated pine.

If anyone wants to build one, go to Ana White.

I forgot to mention that this is a covered sandbox. The top folds up for seating.

well this is a hum dinger monte….ha…this looks like you used some of your best wood…gee, how can i order some of this from you…lol…..how do you get that really cool green tint…lol

I think you should fill the center with sand. At least that is what crossed my mind when I first saw your post.

Great, going to pass this on to Son in law, bit knowing my Daughter it is going to be Cedar, she no like that green wood around her babies, it never did me no harm, doesn't everyone have 5 fingers and a thumb?

That would be great for a smaller kiddy pool…and you could soak your tired feet at the end of the day..

This is pretty cool!

I don't mean to be that guy but please don't make these out of pressure treated wood anymore. Kids should not be playing on that stuff on a daily or even infrequent basis.

The pressure treated pine was the customers choice. Mine would have been cedar.
