That was a great idea and obviously could be easily adapted to a "real" lathe.

Another great vid. Looking forward to Tuesday.

LesB: Yeah, I've got it in my head that this opens up some interesting doors for modding my new Harbor Freight lathe; especially if Izzy's going where I think he's going with it.

This is really interesting and a bit inspirational.
I have to try this.
Routers and lathes have been done before, but this kinda bends the rules.
But my intent would be to make a jig for my lathe, opposed to actually making the lathe.
Clever stuff.

Izzy you have done it once again. I'm sure somewhere along the line you have taught woodworking to many people. I really like seeing your ideas.

Nice job IZZY, I tried to share this video about a Longworth Chuck. But Youtube doesn't allow it,
Don't know if it'd be a value to you or not

Needing to use the lathe to build a Toys and Joys train engine but I don't have any lathe tools any more so what to do.
So ordered the plans and today I an ready to build my train when the plans come in.
Thanks Izzy for a fun different project.
I always love your wacky projects glad I finally found a use for one of them.
