This is my entry for the summer woodworking contest. When I first read the rules I was really wanting to build a picnic table for the contest, though my wife brought it to my attention that it was suppose to be a "personal picnic butler". So with her criticism taken into account this is what I came up with.
I used some reclaimed bamboo flooring made this "cutting board" style with some maple. I regularly do not like to use bolts in my work, but with wing nuts, it made it where we could easily take it off in times of not using. The table top can rotate just under 180 degrees so it makes it much easier to use.
