Looking Back & Moving Forward

I recently pulled up LumberJocks to look for an old project that I posted and realized my last visit and blog was just shy of 2 years ago. I got to looking around again and decided to start participating as I enjoyed the site for many years before that. I have been plenty busy in the shop but stopped posting because I was mainly making a lot of the same thing and it seemed monotonous, I still make many of those things for my small craft business but want to add some stuff to the table as well as make some fun projects for around the house and friends and family.
I joined the Spring Surprise Swap here on LumberJocks as the last few I did were an awesome experience and gave me something different to work on and strive for. So this year I hope to get involved in at least one additional challenge as well as get some projects posted here each month. I still have 4 more Christmas gifts to finish for family we will be seeing in the next few weeks so those will be the start. After that will be some shop related stuff as I need to do some reorganization (like that ever ends)

Anywho hope this year is a good one for everyone on LumberJocks and I look forward to contributing and hopefully posting a few good blogs.

Good to see you back Chris. I noticed your home page notes you joined a little over 11 years ago. I checked and I have been here almost 12 years. Keep up the good work.

Hey Chris :>)

It's been a long time. Good to know you are sitll out there working away. I'm finally getting moving back into it again…soon I hope. Work on the new shop has begun finally. I will probably need to relearn everything again…LOL Will you help? ;>) A new year and new beginnings…yes that is how it is supposed to be. Hope you and yours have a great year…looking forward to seeing those new projects.
