Location: Lebanon, PA

I began wood working at a young age because it is what my father did for a living. I took shop classes in high school and continued to work on my skills. While I was in the Navy, I frequented the base hobby shops where I was able to feed the need of my hobby.

In 2003 I retired from the Navy, and now that I am no longer moving from town to town every three or four years, I have been able to create my own "hobby shop" in my two car garage. All of my big power tools are vintage tools are are older than I am. Another aspect of my shop is that most are Craftsman tools.

Wood working is a hobby for me and I find relaxation in the tranquil tediousness of woodworking and hope to be doing it for a long time to come.

Welcome aboard Shipmate!!! Nice to have another surface sailor among us. I was thinking of changing my pic to a shot of the fleet at Norflok when I spotted your carrier.

NIce wood projects, I like the coffee cup, and seeing the hatbox and your “I Love Me” item jars memories. Those were the good days and I never even realized it.
