Waterfall slab #2: How to cut a waterfall slab with no straight edge

You can get on Youtube and see a lof of waterfall slabs. What you won’t find on Youtube is a way to cut a slab where you don’t have two straight edges on a REALLY LONG slab – like almost 7’ long. In my testing with my Festool track saw and an 8’ track, I was not satisfied with the straightness of the 45 degree bevel. Let’s talk about nightstands. I’m doing a bedroom set using 3 large slabs of Chestnut. I went out trying to get inspiration but nightstands are the most boring thing ever. I must have looked through a thousand different nightstands and they all follow the same 2-3 patterns, if just using a different wood species.
