A helper post for the tread making jig.
Here is the jig in straight mod but I need angle tire treads so!
Take out the two screws holding the base down, then pull up and turn the frame for angled mod, using the dowels to line everything up, them screw it down so everything stays in place.
I cut off the corner so the fence could get in closer.
I added a stop block at the back of the table saw so i wouldn’t have to think about stopping ,just hit the stop and on we go.

The treads I made on the last post were just to big so sanded down one set and retreaded them.
Now these are the right size.
And here’s how I cut the wood down for my wheels.I cut the board just a tad over size 2 3/4” then rip on the table saw using a rip blade that came with the saw and it does a pretty smooth job of it.

Having sold my tablesaw to my dad and not having 220 (for my new tablesaw) in my garage yet, I’m at a standstill. Project wise that is. So I figured this would be a good time to tinker around with my bandsaw. I bought it in late November and haven’t used it all that much.
I have some mdf set aside to stiffen up the stand. And I replaced the belt a couple months ago. Took the old one into Advance and had the boy match it. That took quite a bit of shake out.
