I trust everybody is full of mince pies and good single malts? Good. Progress on the cabinet design has been excellent, with only a few minor issues here and there. Hi everyone – this post is more of a basic check-in than a large amount of progress. The build date on this project is still not set purely because I have other projects of higher priority. Specifically, I have a Gamble House dining room table and chairs to build. So anyway. Today I was a little ill and took the time to do the numbers and futz around between my initial CAD plan and the Solidworks model. The Thorsen House is one of the Greene & Greene ultimate bungalows located in Berkeley, California, one of the only ultimate bungalows in the northern part of the state. Built in 1909 by Hall and Ott and designed by Charles and Henry Greene, the house contains all of the detail one comes to expect from a Greene & Greeene masterwork.
