Long ago, I promised a detailed set of pictures on how I make these staples of the Italian cuisine at home from scratch. Well here comes. First things first, the hardware. Nope… not at the Mission Inn! We were all set to have Eggs Benedict for breakfast in the Mission Inn Restaurant… Except… The Restaurant was closed for Breakfast and was setting up for Sunday Brunch! It was ONLY about 9:00am!! This trip was full of expected and unexpected things.Oh yes, a Big Mac meal was $12.50! We even saw aliens. The artist for the movie Aliens lives in one medieval town and displayed his work there. You will never guess who this statue is of. We went to a cheese factory and did I tell you we ate pretty food while there. LOL!
