the tool tower fails

If you go to my home page and projects, I have a tool tower with pegboard sides and next to the router table.I think the original idea was taken from wood or some other shop organization ideas. They had a 2 ft by 2ft base with frame up to 8 feet and slide in trays for power tools. Pegboard sides gave more outside storage and casters made it mobile. I think they had a mobile base for storage and tool stand. So I modified a metal stand adding the top, it already had the casters and a botto...

Mom visited last week, and with some ideas of things she wanted me to build, we checked out Anderson Plywood (LA, CA) – she loves zebrawood :) – and my favorite place: Rockler (Torrance, CA). While at Rockler, she fell in love with some turned bottle stoppers made by Robert, who I think might be a manager there, and decided she wanted me to make a bunch for her and her friends, starting with a set of 3 for one friend in particular.
