Prior to upgrading my Tablesaw with an outfeed table I used my assembly table with some bench cookies on risers to cut large sheet stock. [I still use it till I build and infeed table for cutting plywood long ways]. However, the assembly table was designed to do more than that. Part 2: Downdraft insert

Saw a cool idea on Stumpy Nubs YouTube. A downdraft table imbedded into another table. I think that will make a great addition to my assembly table. I think I can cut out a section to add the downdraft table and a piece of Masonite to cover the holds when not needed to make a flush surface.
