Was getting tired of box joints…so…decided on through dovetails, as a change…laid out more of the Pine resaw stock Hmmm, resaw was a little “off”....we have ways.. Stanley No. 110 Bottlecap. Named because the cap iron wheel to tighten things down, looks like a bottle cap…Laid out the usual suspects…with a few newer faces.. Instead of the big Kobalt Utility knife…a slim Xacto knife. Part 2: A sliding lid

So, on to the other end of this box…. Needed to know where the groove for the lid will be, height-wise….so I could cut the end to size… Only needed dovetails to go this far up. Just to the bottom of the groove. first corner came out great..but “Concentration..slip away..” Notice where the groove is….and how the pins go? WRONG WAY…Not only did the dummy mark things out wrong, he went and cut them wrong, too….only to discover when c...
