Box came out of the clamps, needing a clean up..so..

Between the plane, and the sanders…

And, the lid sized to fit the box…set out some hinges…

And the rest of the parts…

SMALL, TINY screws. Headless nail, to act as a pilot hole drill bit.

Hinges installed, handles added..

Latch added. Then a coat of Gunstock stain…..and then wiped down…

Corner pieces on the lid, were nailed in place…Box is too small to add dividers to…

6” combo square for scale…..Awaiting 3 coats of Amber Shellac…

Wonder what I can stash inside…

And that is the PIP for the #2 box. Almost out of the thin scraps, now….

Will try to post as Projects after a bit….thanks for looking in…

Just the right size for USA currency. $100 bill box.
