Location: Seattle, WA

I am a young woodworker out of Seattle, Washington. My interests lie mainly on handtool wodwork and am very interested building relationships within the woodworking community and preserving traditional ways of doing things. My husband and I recently bought a small hobby farm just outside of downtown. It is a big project, but we are young and our backs are strong.

Anne, welcome to the slippery slope of vintage tools. Your website looks great, looking forward to your posts.

You made me curious, how it’s adjust the traditional ways of doing things with the today mentality in your town despite the fact the old is increasingly left behind?

Welcome to Lumberjocks. Glad to have you here and keeping traditions alive. Good luck with the hobby farm too, I know that can be a ton of work. Planning on keeping bees out there?
