If you, or someone you know, are looking to buy a desk, you’re likely out of luck. The combination of supply chain disruptions and an increased demand due to students and adults working from home has created a desk shortage.

I designed this desk to help solve that problem. It’s made from 1 sheet of plywood and is simple construction using corner brackets and screws. The cutting plan is efficient and only requires 5 cuts to make the 5 parts. Take a look at the video and see if there’s another way to make this an efficient build.

Great idea. Plywood seems to be fairly available around my parts, but lumber is a different story. This should help lots of people. Heck I might even use this plan after the whole shortage is over for my 2 boys!
