I am a self taught woodworking for ____ years. Let's just say a long time! Shopsmith brought me into woodworking a ton of years ago and I still have my Shopsmith. Of course my collection of power and hand tools has grown over the years.

I enjoy doing small to medium sized furniture projects, pens, custom treasure boxes/cases, and custom laser engraving work. I also do Sawmilling with my 1987 Wood-Mizer LT40 HD. Hope to build Matt Cremona's sawmill one day.

My favorite woodworkers are, Norm Abram, Matt Cremona, Marc Spagnuolo, Roy Underhill, Neil Lamens, Kelly Mehler, Marc Adams, Jim Heavey (thanks to Wood Magazine and the KC Woodworking Shows), Tage Frid, and Sam Maloof.

My favorite quote is "You will get everything in life you want, IF, you help enough others get what they want." Zig and me.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.
