Danish Oil Werping

Recently I applied one coat of Black walnut Danish Oil to a red oak table top that I made. I have waited for it to dry thoroughly for 2 days now. It’s a bit cold in my shop, around 55/60F. When I lean it vertically small droplets form from the deeper recesses of the grain and very slowly drip toward the floor. I have been wiping them with a rag. Is this common? Can someone provide insight?
