Location: Bee Branch, Arkansas
Website:

Retired Exxon Chemical Engineer (40 years in the oilfield). Own Tranquility Falls Estate. Twenty acres in the Ozark mountains of north central Arkansas. Two acre fully stocked spring fed pond with 14' waterfall off of spillway (house is designed to view waterfall/pond). Also frontage to Cadron Creek which is a whitewater kayaking stream. Nine miles from Greers Ferry Lake which is a large mountain lake with good fishing and water sports.

My friend Rick Woody just moved in next door and we built a new 54'x42' woodworking shop. That shop was enclosed and we started moving in April 2022. The shop has concrete floors with two 18' long utility trenches for power, air and dust control. Walls are 10' tall and there are two roll up doors.

Have another shop 30'x30' which will be used to store tractor and landscaping equipment now that woodworking equipment has been moved to new shop.

Currently we have the following equipment in woodworking shop:
Two G1023RL Grizzly 3hp 220v table saws
Two CNC machines
Two router tables (one with Incra fence)
Grizzly bandsaw
Grizzly drill press
Grizzly Jointer
Dewalt planer
Woodmaster planer
Lathe
Three miter saws
Shopsmith with several attachments
Two Harbor Freight 2HP dust collectors (we have separate overhead and underground systems)

Future shop upgrades:
Automatic dust control (IE: when a machine is turned on the proper blast gate and collector turn on automatically. We have already started collecting parts and testing.
Interior wall to isolate air compressor, dust collectors and CNC machines for noise control.
Interior walls and vent system for dedicated paint/finish room (10'x14').
Rebuilding table saw outfeed tables (8'x8') with white Melamine tops and enclosed sides of black Melamine to include storage drawers.
Rebuild 2 assembly tables (4'x8') with finishes similar to outfeed tables.
Build 32' of cabinets (top and bottoms, white Melamine counters with black Melamine faces) against North wall with compound miter station midway.
Sheet goods rack
Sheet good panel saw
Lumber storage above interior rooms (about 2' tall 10' deep 36' long).
Upgrade one CNC machine to handle full size 4x8 sheet goods.
Upgrade both CNC machines to water cooled spindles (one already in progress).
Upgrade at least one table saw to 52" Incra fence.
