Acerbi is a Brazilian brand that went bankrupt in the 90s. They made high quality iron cast machines during various years. All of your machines had been made 100% in Brazil.
This project consists in restore a vintage jointer and give him a modern look.

Model Specifications:

Manufacture: Acerbi

Model: DES-2 (10”)

Year: Unknown

This is the jointer when I bought. Dirt, a lot of dust and rust, and some missing parts.

The initial work was unassembly the entire machine, to clean and identify broken parts.
