Retired from telephone and telephone software industry several years ago.

I umpire high school baseball and softball. -- EDIT 2 March 2016 -- I've now retired from umpiring too.

New hobby - woodworking. I've always been a bit "crafty" but now I am going to do some things I'd never have thought of before.

Hello everyone,

I am brand spanking new to the Lumberjocks site. Someone from the Kreg forums referred me here. He and I were discussing a turn on / turn off switch that will turn your vacuum on & off based upon your tool being turned on or off. He gave me a recommendation of such a device at

I am simply doing my due diligence before purchasing. Does anyone have another brand / recommendation before I proceed?

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
