I need a wing in my table saw. For one, it will fill in empty, unused space, between my fence rails on the right side of my saw. Second, it will help my rip fence glide better when I have to rip wide stock. Finally, it will serve as a base for me to later install a router lift and router plate.

In part one I go over the steps I took to convert an old kitchen table top to the glued panel that I will use as the wing. Enjoy!
