U.S. Air Force, 20-year retired disabled Vietnam VET.

Retired (2003) early in life at 51 years old due injuries from Vietnam service.

I have been involved in woodworking in one way or another since I was 12 years old and starting out working in a cabinet shop during my summers. In fact, I retired from the Carpentry field in the Air Force! Ran shops in FL, Germany, and TX.

My small wood shop is now my therapy room for my PTSD! Although I don't have all the fancy tools and equipment I once had available to me and which a lot of Lumberjocks do have - I'm still able to make a lot of sawdust when needed!

Great to read everyone's comments here, I'm normally on here everyday reading BEFORE heading to the shop!

If you are nearby me, let me know if I can help in way! I'll do what I can ...
