I’m a hobby tinkerer, I’ll call myself that in lack of a better word. I work with any material that suits my needs or wants but I have a wish to take my working with wood to a new level. I also like to work with metal; cut, grind, weld, ... but don’t hold it against me. :D

Professionally I’m a web&print designer and web developer by day and asleep by night. And in my (increasingly lacking) spare time I like to work with my hands and build, repair and/or brake things. :)
I don’t have any allegiance to either power tools or hand tools, my lack of knowledge and funds prevents me from being picky about it. I own some (mostly cheaper) power tools and some no name basic hand tools. I use what I think will work for the task at the time. But I do, more and more, like working in quiet with hand tools.

English is not my mother tongue so feel free to correct me when wrong. And that goes also for my working techniques, tool use and everything in between.

Welcome :D
Dont be too concerned with your workshop, there are quite a few of us who do not have a functional dedicated workshop to produce items we enjoy making and like to share.

Good work on the preparation of your home page introduction, maybe a picture will make a difference

Thank You for the comment and a warm welcome. Pictures are in preparation. Along with my first “real” blog post. So much to do, so little time :D

Have your say...
