After hanging around on this site for over a year, I have come to the realization that I am passionate about many topics in woodworking and I have long-winded answers whenever they come up as forum topics. In order to expedite my answering a little bit and share some ideas, I am going to use my blog as a brain-dump, if you will, for my thoughts on woodworking and all the things that go with it. Please follow along if you like, and hopefully you will find some useful info. I will be referring back to this blog often for answers to many of the typical topics that come around. At least that is the plan.

Here are some of the topics that I plan to address at some point or another. Surely, I will think of more as time goes on:

1. Buying your first tool last
2. The riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma – THE TABLESAW DECISION
3. Sharpening
4. Finishes
5. Craigslist – You can’t live with it and you can’t live without it
6. Old techniques vs. new and when I apply each

It’s always interesting and educational to get another woodworker’s opinions. Looking forward to your series.

TWO, those are interesting topics. Some of those inspire differing, passionate views. I look forward to your blog and discussion with your viewers.
