UPDATE: In the midst of a shop transition, so while most wood and metal projects are not getting done, I can still do leatherwork ropework and other art projects. But I'm mostly focused on much needed house repairs and the transition of my shop into my living space. Stay tuned for project posts from me, but I'll be checking out what others are doing for sure. Hope folks are finding ways to stay safer and saner during these uncertain times. Peace & Strength, AL

BIO: AL (said like A.L. or like Al or Amanda Lee). They/them/their/theirs pronouns. Awkward af. 36. Fat. Multiply disabled (PTSD OCD TBI chronic pain etc). My jam= Accessibility, Collective/Community Care, Community Accountability, Mutual Aid, Care Webs, Care Magic, and all those ways of holding our complex & intersecting identities and bodyminds as we try to make space for each other to move more freely and bring more of ourselves to the table... moving as a group, understanding that our liberation is tied up together and rejoicing in the beauty we create, the people we touch, and the hurts that we heal... building ourselves, our communities, our world into something better. Artist. Maker. Tinkerer. Callouses, scars, memories, histories/herstories, and connection... sweet connection to ourselves, to each other, to land, to Spirit. That is what I want to build... connection- in wood, metal, leather, cord, paper, ink, spoken words, organization, prayers, and relationships of all kinds. And that is a bit about me ;) Peace & Strength, AL
