I am a beginning wood-worker in Murrells Inlet, SC. I tend to do smaller projects that I feel are creative and I work with wood because I enjoy it and not because I "have to". I'm glad to be here and hope to learn from all the expertise available here! Sincerely, Tommy

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself almost a year ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Hi Tommy,

It’s nice to meet you. Looks like you enjoy cycling also, which I also enjoy.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. You can learn a lot here and meet some really nice folks.

Since you live so close, we’ll have to get together one of these days.
