This is one of my first few projects. It is ribbon sapele on a restored singer sewing machine base. I finished it with a conditioner then a quick wipe on bombay mahogany stain and finished with about 5 coats of wipe on poly (light sanding with 400 grit between coats) and a final coat of wipe on rubbed with 0000 steel wool. Just seeing what y’all think.

This is actually the first project where I used the ribbon sapele. Finished with I think two coats of the spray bombay mahogany poly stain then a few coats of wipe on poly with some light sanding between each coat. Thanks for looking!
