Tips and Techiques #3: Ironing Board
Doesn’t everybody do this? :-) Ironing it on the concave side adds moisture to the side that needs to expand in order for the board to straighten out, the heat helps the moisture to penetrate and make the lignin malleable. Then I hold tension on it in the direction I want it to flatten until it cools off and the lignin has set in place. Video Link for whoever cannot see the embedded video Here
