Hey Jocks,

It’s been a while since my last post. Had to do some research on alternate foundation techniques. I switched from concrete piers to a leveled plot with rock.

Once leveled, I laid 4×4 posts down and basically build a deck floor on top. I used pressure treated 2×6 for the frame and the cross joists. As you can see, I did not off-set my floor panels in the correct direction. My local inspector told me I could correct that when I put the next layer of plywood down.

That should be plenty good enough. Looks great.
