This business has been in my family for more than 50 years, it's always been our goal to be the best transmission repair facility in Sacramento. Over those 5 decades, transmissions have changed greatly and so have the technology, knowledge and skills needed to repair those transmissions. We are focused on not just keeping up with those changes, but also to constantly keeping an eye on technol;ogy trends that will be coming in the future.

In our shop (50+ years old) almost everything is made of steel. Benches, shelves, worktables; everything except the front desk/counter in the lobby where we interact with customers. That’s made of wood, but it’s mostly just marine-grade plywood on a two-by-four frame. Now we’re looking at replacing it with some sort of custom-built structure sheathed in teak or maybe mahogany. I think it would provide a warm and welcoming feel, but I’m worried about the cost. Could we just cover what we already have in maybe a teak veneer?
