Hello all,
I have been a hobbiest woodworker for a about five years now. Mostly my education came from watching shows like New Yankee Workshop, This Old House, Holmes on Homes, etc. And, my tool and material experiences were limited to wait I could get at Lowes and Home Depot. And, I completed a few nice projects from what I was able to learn from these sources. I was such a newb.
BUT, in the last year I have discovered Woodcraft and other woodworking stores. From there I learned about woodworking classes and blogs on woodworking. then just last week I found my way here to LumberJocks. All I can say is “WOW!” I’m proud to be a part of the woodworking community; it’s definitely one of the best communities in the world. Thanks to everyone for making it great.
I’ll be posting some projects soon.
