Bosch GTS1031 Zero Clearance Insert - 5 replies

I bought a ZCI for my Bosch GTS1031 and was shocked by the low quality of the product. The flimsy plastic bends out of shape and caves-in right in the middle of the newly cut blade opening. As anyone managed to find an aftermarket ZCI that would be compatible? As anyone built one using phenolic or another material? Matt
