married, late 50's. Insurance agent. Always wished I could work with wood. Recently viewed a YouTube Video of a young man building a very basic computer desk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FWnPRRT5JU). I convinced myself that I can do this. I have some of the basic tools, a garage and a real need for a better computer desk for my hope office.

I have the boards, some of the materials. Purchased my first Kreg Pocket Hole Jig at Lowes today. Just waiting on warmer temps so the glue & stain will set up right.

Joined this group because I have questions. Will need some guidance.
