Location: Evansville, IN

I was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. This is where I fell in love with hardwood forest and the love for the outdoors. After college I spent 5 years living in Kentucky and now I've spent the past 11 years living in South Carolina.
When I was 13 I began working in a wood shop making "craft" style figurines and gadgets. I thoroughly enjoyed this working experience and began a workshop of my own many years later as a hobby. Today my favorite species of wood is Walnut, although due to cost I use oak and pine for some projects.
