I glued-up the carcass in two stages: the top, back, and shelf as a sub-assembly, and once that was dry, I glued the sides and bottom. I just didn’t have enough clamps to do it all at once. Plus, it was important to get the sub-assembly tight and square since it would be providing the rigidity to the cabinet.

The assembly squares and clamps came in handy here.

I see, this was all just an exercise to take your 90 deg clamps for a spin 8^)

Are you planning to wall mount this or just have it on a bench?

Guilty as charged. :)

The plan is to wall mount it, but I haven’t settled on a location yet. I may need to shift around some stationary tools for optimal placement. I’ll burn that bridge when I get to it.

Have your say...
