We ordered this saw from Rockler for $999 with free shipping from Jet. took about 2 1/2 weeks to get, but hey it was during an epidemic. It comes in one box on a pallet and has a massive amount of styrofoam. We were able to lift the bottom up on a piece of styrofoam and add the base and feet then stand it up and walk it into position. The table(and fence) and one dust port were the only things to add. There was a small 4 inch piece of wood in the bag with the dust port… DO not throw ...

I purchased this a month back for $35 after seeing Rockler’s ceiling mounted slide. I like and have a lot of Rockler stuff, but sometimes their prices are too high. I used the medium block on a pair of garden shears that rusted up after my garage flooded 5 years ago. I had no idea what to do with them until I got this sanding block. I’ve used evaporust on some plane blades, but didn’t want to waste a jug on this. So they just hung there. I got the sanding block for a spot of rust on my drill press. I purchased my saw in December and had some vibration problems, that re-tightening all the stand bolts mostly eliminated, but hey this is an $1,800 saw, so since I’m home this week, on Monday I filled out a service ticket on the website and got an email later in the day asking if it was just during slowdown, I said no always when on, a tech called me at 11:00 on Tuesday (yesterday) and had me do some tests with the belt disconnected from the motor and it still vibrated, so he said that ...
