Hello. I want to let everyone know about a new place to learn woodworking. Asheville Woodworking School will be launched on March 28, 2008, with a class called CRAZY SHARP with Andy Rae. Andy has written several books for Taunton Press & has taught at the Marc Adams School.

We have many more classes lined up; some are already on our website, (Beware, the home page says “under construction”, but you can get to the CALENDAR & SCHOOL pages.) I’ll be posting more as the week goes on.

Our school has a 1,000 sq ft bench room and 1,000 sq ft machine room. You’ll love it! We will have only 8 students at a time, and always an experienced teacher & assistant, so it will be a great way to learn.

Thank you!

Well I just love it everytime I go to NC. Next time I am out that way I may have to stop in. God luck with the school.

That’s great! My grandpa lives in Brevard so I’ll have to plan my next trip (once I’m back in the States that is) around the training schedule. Thanks for the info!
