I'm a retired barber, I've been involved with wood working for many many years because I could'nt afford to pay for a lot of the things that had to be done around the house. I'm not much of a carpenter-several years ago I got involved with scroll sawing and as the saying goes thats about all I do now. Started doing Jeff Zafinos patterns using circular scroll blades and that pretty well takes all my spare time, Here in Iowa we do have a lot of time to do projects in the winter(they are not nice) matter of fact we're going to get 6-8 inches more snow tonite. Like most barbers I probably talk to much so I'lll close now. Raker

That is really nice work-I’m in my 50th year of Masonry also the Shrine and Consistory. I’m going to a lodge here in Des Moines that is the fastest growing lodge in the state, bunch of young guys on the line and they are a bunch of real go getters.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.

Tom that is quite a project-my daughter wanted a crib for our only grandaughter mine was much less complicated she now keeps her dolls in it. Does give us grandpas a warm and fuzzy feeling when we complete a project like you just did-once again nice work. Raker
