I am a woodworker, when I am not at work, or driving the kids somewhere, or at one of the kids sporting events, or doing stuff for my wife. That amounts to one hour on weeknights, and 2 hours on the weekend if I am lucky.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless

Thank you all for the warm welcome. As you can see, I am not much of a poster. I tend to poke around looking at pictures more than chiming in. I have been visiting this site for a couple years and have offered no input thus far. I plan to post a few projects. Perhaps they will offer some inspriration for somebody. Also, thank you to all the hard-cores on this site that have so much to offer.

Hi Paul, thanks for your comment! your absolutely right about plastic lumber – its nothing like real wood! I guess what I’m looking for are idea on what kind of projects it might work great for…. like an outdoor application. I am wanting to build and sell items in my spare time. Thanks again!
Ps (just read the sale comment) I am not actually a sales rep for the lumber, I simply have an “in” to get it for less and I want to find some creative (and profitable) things to build with it. Although, trus, I do want other people to be aware of the product my company makes! I have been trying to be careful not to advertise them in a spammy way but I think their lumber product is great and I want other guys to know about it!
Also I am suggesting the LJ advertising bit to the lumber sales rep, I think its a great idea, thanks!
