« Part 1: Weird request Part 2 of Wooden Feet series no next part

here are sets of 9,10,12,13 out of oak. I did make the same out of poplar but I think oak is the way to go. my be even Q swan oak because of grain direction. will see if they split on me. I even put some treed on a pair of the 13’s to try.

The manager are happy with the prototype but I told them i need some testing to see were impovments need to be made.

simple construction
Cut out shoe size on band saw
Layout and cut joints on band saw
lay out R and L shoe
I used a 1/4×5/8 crown staple gun to fasten the hing material (fire hose) , the lasing Eyes and treed

It seemed to go fast

like i said we will see if they work.. stay tuned
