« Part 1: Chiseling newbie is a dull fellow. Part 2 of Second inlay keyhook series no next part

My first time successfully using a hand plane. It’s amazing to me how easily you can flatten a piece of wood. The one thing I did notice at this attempt at butchering wood, is that I need to build a solid work bench with a wood vise. It is kind of a pain to hold everything down while using the plane. I would love to build a rubio, but finding the time is difficult with the wife always saying she needs help with the children, wives! I thought working on a shaky bench was a pain. The wife would probably kill me if she read this.
