Anyone use the Pomodoro Technique?
I find myself having a bit of a hard time staying focused some days and I’ve been looking into ways to be more productive with my (limited) shop time. On Instagram today April Wilkerson mentioned using the Pomodoro Technique and it piqued my interest big time, basically it’s working focused for 25 minutes and then taking a 5 minute break, after 4 of these 25 minute focused work sessions (each session is called a pomodoro) you take a longer 15-30 minute break. It seems to be exactly what I need, I’ll be giving it a shot after work tonight – I’m just curious if anyone else here uses this technique and if so, do you like it? Does it work? Any tips or advice?
