Got news this morning that the building I am leasing has been sold and I need to be out of there by the end of the year. So I did a little leg work (on my ATV) and went searching for a new place this morning.
This may very well be one of the best things that has happened to me, within two hours I found a temporary place that I can move into if needed, and a permanent shop twice the size of my current one which is two blocks away, and an even larger permanent shop that is one block away.
I will have to crunch some numbers, do some negotiating and see what can be done, once I weigh all of the options I hope that there is one that is a good fit within my budgetary constraints.

Hope it works out for you. You needed more space anyway.

Then, of course, having so much more room, you’ll need MORE TOOLS!! Amazing how that equation always seems to fit the situation. Lots-a-luck.

Good luck on getting into your new shop. And yes more space means more tools to fill it up with. Would be nice to just buy a building and not have to worry about moving again, unless you want to. But buying takes a lot of cash.
Have your say...
