Amateur woodworker, recently retired, spending more time in the shop than before, and having a good time at it.
Self trained, started woodworking to fill a need for home improvement. Enjoy hand tools the most, especially wooden planes. Like to make American period, shaker and early country furniture.

No, not a member, but I have viewed the web site.
Was working up until a year ago, a lot out of town trips, so didn’t have time. I assume you are a member, what are the advantages of attending meetings, etc?
