I am a process engineer in an automotive plant that produces suspension parts. I always loved tearing things apart and trying to figure out how they worked as a kid which led me to engineering, well that and Lego's. The first wood working project I can remember working on was a small table and bench (aka two long boards with 2x4s nailed to them as legs) that i built at my grandpa's house (the picture is probably still on his fridge now). I always loved designing and building unique little things to solve "problems" which I got from both my grandpa's and my dad. I'm slowly acquiring a selection of tools since getting out of college but still miss the nice big shop I had living with my parents. It seems like I mostly just come up with designs for furniture I dream of having the patience to make right currently.
