Just cut down this 50 foot high 38” wide Oak tree today. I want to sell it. I live Niceville Florida. You can cut the parts that you want and we will negotiate the price.

Failed the basic test when I read the blog
No home
No Projects
No friends
Just another one of the hundreds of “members” on this site that never make anything never contribute anything never socialise just a wandering gypsy preying on others.

I’m not a gypsy. 24 year Air Force Military Veteran Electrical Engineer. It cost me time and money to take this tree down. I’m giving people an opportunity to purchase parts of a 125 year tree approx.

That wasn’t a very nice welcome. Don’t judge everyone here by that. That said, your tree probably has minimal value. It’s oak, a very common species. It’s a yard tree and has likely collected nails over it’s 120 year life. It has poor growth form that won’t yield a lot of lumber. Typically in that situation you would have to pay someone to haul it away. You could buck it up and try to sell it as firewood, but in FL that may not work. In short, what may seem like a valuable tree to an owner may in fact have very little value.

Bob beat me to it. Where I’m at I can’t give away oak.

Hello Bob,
I dont judge everyone here by that only the ones that dont even bother to introduce themselves and just join for the purposes of using the site like ebay.

And to make matters worse here is somebody who claims to not being a gypsy, but in fact an ex service person with an engineering degree, (living in Niceville to boot) all of which add up to socially “should have better manners and know better”.

However when I read their profile of no name no home no friends/buddies I see gypsy characterstics trying to sell a tree, of which I agree would have cost some loot to cut down.

I will check back later and if their profile improves and I see some nice (no pun intended) Projects and blogs etc I will issue an open apology.
