I'm a 29 year old from Indiana. I grew up in the garage with my dad's tools and the constant reminder that if I want to buy something expensive it's important to check if I have the skillset to make a custom sized version of whatever it is rather than spending my hard earned money on something I may use but won't love.

I recently tore up my roots and moved halfway around the world to a small town in rural Belgium. I have taken over my boyfriend's meager tool collection and am determined to fill the house and garden with projects that my father would be proud of.
