Location: Wichita,ks.

I am a retired machinest, and have a 24' x 24' shop with a bridgeportmill, V D F 14" lathe and

a lot of wood working tools.

I do wood work building small projects and some larger pieces.

I build all my tooling and projects by dreaming them up in my head.

KEHOE IS THE BEST DOVETAIL EVER the guide slot in the alum. jig is 2 deg. NOT 1 DEG.
the guide slot has 1 deg taper per side 1+1 =2 deg. Now you know.

This jig is what everone (kehoe users) was wanting to see it is useed to cut 1deg x 14 deg x 45deg
spline for kehoe pins.
the first one is the one i used to cut the splines on all my projects, then i decided to re invent the

wheel and made a second jig it should do an excellent job, haven’t cut any yet.

Welcome to LJ. Really nice work. Been many times I could use a mill. This is a good place to get and share information.
