I have been acquiring a few hand tools over the past few years and am starting to get frustrated in looking for them. I do have a nice Craftsman 50” rolling cabinet and top box but it is fairly full with mechanics tools. I needed a dedicated place for the chisels, hand planes, hand saws, squares etc that are needed in woodworking. Part 2: Sprucing up a little

I started a hand tool cabinet a couple of weeks ago and due to other obligations and work I haven’t had much time to devote to it. I did get the main cabinet together and hung on the wall in its final resting place. It looks a lot bigger hung than it did on the bench. After looking at it for a few days I wasn’t happy with the doors. The doors were cut from the box on the table saw and attached with full length piano hinges.
